Frequently asked questions
No. Our band's stretch comes from natural rubber woven into the cotton, and natural rubber is latex derived. If you have a latex allergy or sensitivity, we'd recommend avoiding this band.
No, not really. We wouldn't recommend wearing it in the shower or in the water. Water or moisture won't hurt it, but cotton is better for everyday wear.

Small Watch fits the 38mm (Series 1–3), 40mm (Series 4–6), 41mm (Series 7–9), and 42mm (Series 10+) Apple Watch.
Big Watch fits the 42mm (Series 1–3), 44mm (Series 4–6), 45mm (Series 7–9), 46mm (Series 10+), and the 49mm Apple Watch Ultra.
One quirk: Apple has used "42mm" twice. The original 42mm (Series 1–3) was a larger case and will pair with our Big Watch band. The newer 42mm (Series 10 and later) replaced 40mm as a smaller case, and pairs with our Small Watch band.
Yes. A slight side-to-side wiggle at the connector is fairly common across Apple Watch bands, including Apple's own, and doesn't mean there's a defect. This is more common over time as moisture or debris builds up in the connector track. As long as it clicks into place and doesn't slide out, your band is properly attached.
Hand wash in cold water with a mild soap for the gentlest clean — this keeps the cotton looking its best over time.
If you'd rather machine wash, place it inside a sock or mesh laundry bag on a gentle cycle. Either way, let it air dry; skip the dryer, since heat isn't great for the natural rubber or cotton fibers.
Another easy cleaning option is to give it a couple sprays of a fabric-safe antibacterial spray.

Our bands are fully plastic-free — organic cotton, natural rubber, and stainless steel hardware, nothing synthetic touching your skin — but also comfortable enough to wear to bed. Leather and metal bands are solid options too, but they're not always built for that kind of all-day, all-night comfort.
Even the tag is organic cotton, the packaging is plastic-free, and the mailer it ships in skips plastic too. Plastic-free from the band to your mailbox.
